The perfect foundation for a Tiny House can only be laid with the right chassis. AL-KO chassis stand out for their particularly high quality and durability thanks to our many years of experience and multi-stage testing process. Chassis for Tiny Houses are available in lengths of 5.40 m, 6.00 m, 6.60 m, 7.20 m, 7.80 m and 8.40 m, so that there is something suitable for every body length.

Modular framework concept

The modular frame concept allows different body lengths and customized bodies.

Movable axis module

Our high-loaders’ axle module is designed to be movable for subsequent adjustment of the support load at the hitching point and can be moved in a 40 mm grid.

Patented connection

The form-fitting shear-cam screw connections ensure perfect connections to the chassis. Flathead screws are used in the areas of the build’s support surfaces.

Long service life

The hot-dip galvanized chassis components guarantee the highest possible reliable corrosion protection.

Tested multiple times

AL-KO chassis go through a multi-stage testing process in our testing department. Chassis tests are carried out on cobblestone pavement, washboard, mended asphalt road and potholes.

Prestressed frame

Less twisting, less or no warping.

Dimensional accuracy

Thanks to the chassis’ high dimensional accuracy, the body can be prefabricated to fit exactly.

Heavy-duty supports

The chassis is equipped with precision-fit supports. Other AL-KO support systems can optionally be used at the prepared mounting points.

Lighting is already integrated in our chassis.
