Modern control for the new levelC caravan levelling system using a tablet and smartphone app

The laborious effort required when using supports and wedges is a thing of the past: levelC, the new hydraulic levelling system for caravans from E&P Hydraulics makes levelling a caravan child’s play; so simple and convenient using a tablet and/or smartphone app that both have the same user interface. The modern operating concept is made future-proof by its capability to update both the user interface and functions. The small touchpad is provided with a fixed charging station in the caravan and is always ready for use. When the tablet is removed from this unit it functions as a practical, wireless radio remote control. The system is controlled simply and conveniently by touching the tablet or smartphone screen.

How does the E&P Hydraulics levelC system work? Two hydraulic main supports are mounted on the caravan axle to lift and align the caravan horizontally. The previous corner supports are now replaced with four new hydraulic "Big Foot" corner supports. This prevents transfer forces from acting on the vehicle floor during levelling. The caravan is also made extremely stable by the six-support concept.

WiFi module to enable control using the smartphone app

The levelC caravan levelling system is commercially available from €3,290 (incl. installation). The control panel is included in this price. The new touch panel, optionally available touch panel, which replaces the conventional control panel, costs an additional 299 Euro. The touch panel and the corresponding software (software version 01.07.2017) can be retrofitted to existing systems for 299 Euro (the original equipment also costs 299 Euro). Emergency operation costs an additional 300 Euro. The above software can also be retrofitted to enable control using a smartphone app (iOS and Android). This requires a WiFi module that is integrated into the control cable between the control unit and touch panel or conventional operating panel and is supplied with power to operate the levelling system by pushing a button. Power off is automatic after five minutes of inactivity.
